The all-electric Mercedes EQC was previously on the price list for 77,935 euros. But the importer is now chopping off almost 10,000 euros in one go. The new entry-level model is the Mercedes EQC 400 4Matic Business Solution, for 68,095 euros.
“The EQC is even more attractive now,” Mercedes wrote in its press release. And that was also much needed, because in terms of sales things are not going so well with the electric SUV from Stuttgart. Since 2019, about 900 pieces of it have been sold. By comparison, the Audi E-Tron sits at more than 8,000 and the Jaguar I-Pace at nearly 4,800.

Either way, the 10,000 euro lower price may do something for the business market. After all, first the Mercedes EQC fell into the 21 percent category with 33,000 euros, now with 23,000 euros. Nothing changes on the powertrain. The EQC has two electric motors, which together deliver 408 hp and 760 Nm. Its 80 kWh battery should be good for a range of up to 413 kilometers.
Mercedes supplies the EQC 400 4Matic Business Solution for 68,095 euros. Exactly 8000 euros more expensive is the EQC 400 4Matic Business Solution AMG. It is recognizable by its other grille and its sportier-looking AMG bumpers. In addition, it is equipped with, among other things, a sports steering wheel, pedals made of brushed steel and black fake leather and microfibre coated sports seats.
