GP of the Netherlands: third practice session: Charles Leclerc fastest, Max Verstappen in P3

Charles Leclerc set the fastest time during the last practice session for the Dutch GP. Leclerc was only a handful of thousandths faster than George Russell in the Mercedes, Max Verstappen was third.

During the third practice session, the drivers had a very last chance to prepare as best as possible for qualifying and the race. Red Bull and Max Verstappen had some to make up for after problematic practice sessions on Friday.

The Zandvoort circuit proved to be a challenge for the drivers in many ways. Not only but also off the track was watching.

At Ferrari they already showed yesterday that they had found the right rhythm on the Zandvoort circuit. With a handful of minutes left on the clock, Charles Leclerc set the fastest time.

In the end it was also Charles Leclerc who had the fastest time at the end of the session. Just like yesterday, however, the differences at the top were very small. George Russell followed in his Mercedes at just 0.066 seconds from Leclerc. Max Verstappen followed in P3.
